Karjala pulp named second in the Russian Exporter of the Year Awards 2016.

Karjala pulp ranked second in the nomination Russian Exporter of the Year Awards 2016 in frames of the Fifth International Export Forum “Made In Russia”.
The forum was organized by the Russian Export Center(REC) under the aegis of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. The event is aimed at supporting Russian exporters and working out new strategies of promoting Russian products to the foreign markets. Among around 3000 guests of the meeting there were the largest exporters, representatives of authority, mass media, Russian and foreign public organizations.
The forum closed with awarding ceremony of the winners in the nomination Russian Exporter of the Year Awards 2016.The key selection criterion of the awards was development of non-resource exports. According to the results, the top three winners were Kamaz, Karjala Pulp and Kaustic.
When receiving the award, CEO Karjala Pulp, Aleksey Demchishin thanked the Russian Exporting Center and Russian Ministry of economic development for support of Russian exporters and assistance in overcoming problems with promotion of Russian products to the foreign markets.
